Our Process

Clients can initiate the process by reaching out to

U-Enabled through our website, phone, or email. During this initial contact, we gather basic information and provide an overview of our services.

Upon initial contact, our team conducts an assessment to understand the client's specific needs, goals, and the level of support required. This involves discussions about the participant's diagnoses, current challenges, and aspirations. We love to do this in person, but of course, offer a virtual experience if needed.

Based on the assessment, we provide clients with a customized service proposal outlining the specific support we will deliver. If everyone is satisfied, we will send through our service agreement.

Once the client agrees to proceed, we initiate the implementation of the agreed-upon services. This involves setting up necessary arrangements and arranging to meet support workers that will best suit the clients needs.

Periodic reviews are conducted to assess the effectiveness of the support plan. Adjustments are made based on the client's progress, changing circumstances, and any modifications required to better align with their goals.
